Administration - Tyneside Foyer

This programme is designed to give you an introduction to administration and computer skills. You will be given the chance to be involved in a range of administrative activities such as:

  • creating, storing and retrieving information
  • using office equipment
  • handling mail
  • welcoming visitors.

You will gain all this experience through work placement and in centre training. The course can lead to a progression on to an Apprenticeship programme and/or employment in an office environment.
